Ulf Henriksson

Mr. Ulf Henriksson, served as the Chief Executive Officer of Invensys Plc, from July 2005 to March 2011 and Group Chief Operating Officer of Invensys plc since May 2004. Mr. Henriksson joined Eaton Corporation in 2003 and served as Operating Vice President of the Hydraulics Division. He worked at Honeywell International/ Allied Signal Inc. for nine years, where he held senior positions in several divisions and also served as its President of Automated Controls Systems and Services business since 2002. Mr. Henriksson worked at Volvo Aero Corporation and FFV in Sweden for seven years. Mr. Henriksson holds a double degree - Master of Engineering and in Economics from Luleå University, Sweden.
